   1. In terms of plate making, both gift box packaging and color box packaging now focus on aesthetic appearance, so the colors of the produced versions are also diverse. Usually, a gift box does not have four basic colors and several special colors, such as gold and silver, which are all special colors.

   2. Paper selection: Generally, gift boxes are made of double copper and matte copper paper, with a weight of usually 128g, 105g, 157g. There is rarely more than 200g of paper in gift boxes because the packaging paper is too thick and the installed gift box is prone to blistering, resulting in a stiff appearance. Installation paper is the selection of suitable double gray paper according to customer needs, usually referred to as gray board paper or gray cardboard.

  3. When printing, gift boxes only use printing packaging paper, decorative paper will not be printed, and most of them are only dyed. Because gift boxes are outer packaging boxes, the printing process is very high, and color differences, ink dots, and rotten versions that affect aesthetics should be avoided.

   4. Surface treatment, gift box paper is usually treated with surface treatment, commonly including gloss glue, matte glue, matte glue UV, gloss oil, and matte oil.

  5. Beer, beer is a more important part of the printing process, and the accurate cutting die of beer is necessary. If the beer is not accurate, beer deviation will continue to affect subsequent processing.

  6. Installation, usually printing products are installed first and then beer, but gift boxes are installed after beer. One is to be afraid of flower wrapping paper, and the other is to pay attention to the overall aesthetics of gift boxes. The installation paper of gift boxes is handmade to achieve aesthetics.
